Based in our Southern New Jersey headquarters, our Customer Support team makes the Visionary shopping experience seamless, helpful, and enjoyable. They're the friendly voices and quick problem-solvers who keep our customers coming back. This group of passionate and dependable support specialists interact with customers to provide and process vital information in response to questions, concerns, or requests about our products and services. Visionary Brands highly values exceptional customer support, and this team of professionals represents the foundation of our philosophy.
Automotive enthusiasts at heart, our Tech Support team helps customers with installs, troubleshooting, and expert advice. They're the ones who turn "I can't figure this out" into "That was easy." This group of dedicated, automotive professionals research innovative techniques to assure the most up-to-date methods for installing and operating our products. This means they are hands-on with products and participate in installations to help guide the development of instructions.
With everything from dynamic, cutting-edge graphics to eye-catching photography and video, the Marketing Department's main objective is to introduce products to new and existing customers. Strategies are designed to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales on our websites and online marketplaces through various advertising methods. This is accomplished by focusing on multiple marketing channels like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search (PPC), Social Media, Graphics & Video, Content Writing, Email, and Retargeting Campaigns.
The heartbeat of our warehouse. This team ensures orders go out quickly and accurately, while keeping operations running smoothly and safely behind the scenes. Each team member's daily responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, inventory control using inventory management software, and the processing of incoming shipments. Safety is imperative when performing these tasks. All of our team members are fully trained and certified to operate warehouse equipment and machinery which includes a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, conveyors and more.
