Bring Your Child to Work Day is more than just a tradition - it's our biggest and most anticipated annual event. Designed to inspire and engage, the day offers an immersive experience where kids get a hands-on look at the world of work while having a blast along the way. From exploring research & development and helping out in the warehouse, to building their own race cars, kids dive into activities that spark creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving. The fun continues outside with face painting, bounce houses, lawn games, and even golf cart rides! We wrap up the day with sweet smiles - and sweet ice cream treats!

We celebrate 10-year milestones in a way that sets them apart from typical celebrations. When a team member reaches 10 years, they are awarded with a $2,000 vacation reimbursement to cover travel expenses. This is our way of thanking them and showing our utmost appreciation for all of their hard work over the years. Designed to encourage employees to unwind and explore new places, the milestone bonus gives them the opportunity to take a well-deserved break and visit destinations they have always dreamed of. After 15 years of service, we offer a 4-week paid Sabbatical to give our team members the opportunity to take an extended break, recharge, and experience something truly special.
