Our Customer Support Department is an essential piece of our Team. Our Customer Support team’s goal is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that the Visionary Brands shopping experience is easy and enjoyable for our customers. This group of passionate and dependable support specialists interact with customers to provide and process vital information in response to questions, concerns, or requests about our products or services. Not only do we provide top notch customer support over the phone, the team also handles inbound questions and requests via Chat and Email. This allows the customers to have the same experience without having to pick up the phone! Visionary Brands highly values exceptional customer support, and this team of professionals is the foundation of the philosophy.
Our Technical Support Team partners directly with our Customer Support Team to exemplify the superior customer support that Visionary Brands is known for. This group of experienced, automotive professionals research innovative techniques to assure the most up-to-date methods to installing and operating our products. Technical Support Specialists also assist customers with problem solving, installation and troubleshooting to ensure we are offering the high-quality products that our customers expect. This Team reviews current products, instructions, and makes innovative changes as necessary to heighten our customers overall experience.
The Marketing team's main objective is to introduce and sell our products to new and existing customers. The team does this by studying market trends and customer behavior, determining the best ways to present customers with the most relevant products and product information. Strategies are consistently developed to enhance the online shopping experience to drive sales on our websites and online marketplaces through various advertising channels. This is accomplished by focusing on multiple marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), social media, content development, email, retargeting campaigns, and video content. All of these channels are optimized in unison, directing customers to our exceptional product websites, where they can find product and instructional information needed to make informed purchase decisions.
Our Operations Team is made up of a group of driven and motivated individuals who work together to administer business practices that create a high level of efficiency within the organization. The Operations Team oversees the production and redesign of not only our products but also our everyday procedures and practices. Operations management involves utilizing resources from staff, materials, equipment, and technology. Our Team handles a variety of responsibilities, from Logistics to Human Resources to Facilities Management along with Systems administrators.
Shipping & Receiving
Our Shipping and Receiving team is made up of a group of hard-working and focused individuals who work nonstop to ensure all warehouse operations are running smoothly. Our company makes a strong guarantee to all of our customers that orders placed before 3 pm EST are shipped out of our warehouse the very same business day, the shipping and receiving team is solely responsible for ensuring this guarantee is met daily. Each team member's daily responsibilities include picking and packing of customer’s orders as accurately and efficiently as possible to ensure strict shipping deadlines are met, restocking inventory, processing incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Safety is imperative when performing these tasks. All of our team members are fully trained and certified to operate warehouse equipment and machinery which include a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, order picker and a cardboard baler.
